We partner with CJ Dropshipping to deliver your orders directly from our global warehouses.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after receiving your payment.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship from:

• China Warehouse (Main Fulfillment Center)

• US & EU Warehouses (for select items)

Your order may arrive in multiple packages if it contains items from different warehouses.

4. Shipping Fees

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can track your package at any time on our Track Order page.

If your tracking information hasn’t been updated for 10+ days, please contact us.

6. Lost Packages

If your package does not arrive within 60 days (or 90 days for some international orders), you may request a full refund or reshipment.

7. Customs & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import duties.
