At Hub X Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds or reshipments for the following cases:

Damaged items: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or a short video as proof.
 - 
Incorrect or missing items: If an incorrect or missing item is received, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
 - 
Lost or delayed orders: If your order has not arrived within 60 days (or 90 days for some international destinations), you are eligible for a refund or reshipment.
 - 
Canceled orders: Orders canceled before shipment can be fully refunded. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
 
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot process refunds or returns in these cases:
- 
Customer provided incorrect shipping information.
 - 
Order not received due to refusal to accept delivery.
 - 
Customer changed their mind after the product was shipped.
 - 
Orders delayed due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemic delays, etc.).
 
3. Return Process
If a return is required, you will receive a return address provided by our supplier (CJ Dropshipping).
Please note:
- 
Returns must be authorized before shipping back any product.
 - 
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
 - 
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrect.
 
4. Dispute Deadline
All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or within 60 days of shipment (whichever comes first).
